Moist Chocolate cake cake mix 975g Great for 3d carved cakes

This lovely moist rich chocolate cake is perfect for carving 3d novelty cake shaped cakes, but is equally delicious when baked as a regular shape.

Just add water, eggs, and oil.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Flour- Hi Ratio (Wheat), Cocoa Powder (12%), Vegetable Oil, Maltodextrin, Whole Milk Powder, Egg Yolk Powder, Raising Agents (450, 500, 341), Modified Starch (1422), Emulsifiers (471, 477), Gluten Flour, Salt, Stabiliser (415), Flavour, Folic Acid.

Product manufactured on plant that handles wheat, soy, milk, egg, tree nut and seed products.

Instructions:
To this cake mix add:
200ml water, 6 small or 5 large eggs, 440ml vegetable oil.
1. Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Continue to blend on second speed for 2 minutes.
4. Pour batter into grease-proof paper lined baking tin.
5. Oven temperature 160°C +/- 5°C.
6. Bake for 65-75 minutes. (time will be less if one mix is baked in more than 1 cake pan)
