Email your single photo, picture or PDF design to vaughan@kiwicakes.co.nz and quote order number in the subject line. Let us know if you want text added in your email or in the comments when you place your order. 

Image should be high quality.

If a rectangle image is sent a circle will be cropped from the image to best fit pre-cut round icing unless we receive different instructions. (Sometimes an image cannot be cropped to a circle because too much of the picture is lost. We will contact you if this is the case.) 

WE DON'T PRINT COPYRIGHTED IMAGES. Photos, logos or pictures must be your own. We cannot print licensed images such as children's tv or movie characters, sport team logos, or other copyrighted images. Most images downloaded from the internet will be under copyright, therefore we cannot print them. 

We take every effort to create a quality image from your file. However as we are using water based food ink to print on sugar/starch based icings, colour matching and quality can be variable to original image.
