Chocolate collar wrap Hearts

A chocolate wrap is essentially a giant chocolate mould in the form of a thin sheet measuring 85cm long x 9.5cm wide.

To use pour your melted chocolate along the length of your wrap, smooth with a spatula. Wait a few moments for the gloss to go off your chocolate and wrap around cake, secure at join and refrigerate 5 minutes until chocolate has set. Remove wrap and you cake is stunning!
