This fondant icing is suitable for covering cakes or making cake decorations. Fondant icing can be used to make figure modelling paste just add tylose powder (sold separately, available at Kiwicakes).

Its also recommended to add tylose powder when using fondant in silicone moulds. Tylose powder in your fondant makes it much easier to release from the moulds. 

When sticking fondant pieces together, use edible glue, as opposed to water (which causes the sugar to dissolve) and of course you'll find edible glue available at Kiwicakes
